Rules for the Peter L. Brown Company $22,000 Giveaway

1. No purchase necessary to enter. To enter, go to peterlbrown.com and click on the $22,000 Giveaway icon. Fill out the form in full and click submit. Or, go to the Peter L. Brown Company Showroom and fill out the form. One entry per homeowner.

2. You must be at least 18-years old and legally own a home in the state of Connecticut in order to participate in this promotion.

3. The Peter L. Brown Company will draw from all eligible entries, one five-thousand-dollar ($5,000) first prize winner every three-months in March, June, September and December. The first prize winner will receive products and installation services from the Peter L. Brown Company (siding, windows and/or doors). In addition, there will be one second prize winner of five-hundred-dollars ($500) of Peter L. Brown products and installation services every three months during the promotion period. Winners will be notified within the first week after each drawing. The Peter L. Brown Company can terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.

4. Prize values are comprised of the Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price and the Peter L. Brown Company’s retail price for Standard Installation of the products selected. Standard Installation of siding includes the following only: Installation of the insulation board, vinyl siding, vinyl corners and related accessories over a wood sided house. Standard Installation does not include the removal of existing siding, repairs, additional building preparation or additional trim work. Standard Installation on vinyl double-hung windows includes the following only: remove the interior wood stops; remove the sash top and bottom; remove the aluminum triple track storm window; seal the exterior stops with silicone; install the new vinyl double hung window; insulate around the entire window; reinstall the existing interior wood stops; clean up and cart away all trash from installation project.

5. Winners must have their prize installed by the Peter L. Brown Company at their primary residence only. The winner’s home must be in suitable condition to install the products chosen by the winner. Any additional work needed to properly install the products chosen will be at the sole expense of the prize winner.

6. There is no substitution, transfer or cash equivalent for any prize. All taxes and permits are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

7. If a prize winner purchased or purchases siding, windows and/or doors from the Peter L. Brown Company within 12 months of work to be done and has paid in full for the products and installation, the Peter L. Brown Company will refund the amount of the purchase not to exceed the amount won by the prize winner in this promotion (excluding taxes and permits).

8. Prize winners must select their products within two weeks of notification of winning the prize. Prize winners must sign a standard contract with the Peter L. Brown Company for the work to be performed within 30 days of notification. The winner must allow the Peter L. Brown Company to measure and install the products based on the Peter L. Brown Company’s availability. All work will be started within six months from date of contract.

9. All winners will allow the Peter L. Brown Company to use their name and home for marketing purposes. This includes but is not limited to job signs, pictures, a listing on the previous winner’s page on peterlbrown.com, referrals and a letter from the winner letting others know about their experience with the Peter L. Brown Company. Any winners name will be removed from future drawings.
